The WEA24SD45 has an architecture that is unconditionally stable, has low complexity and presents high in-band and noise shaping characteristic. The 3-stage MASH is made by cascading three accumulators with a single-bit carry from each accumulator hich is passed through appropriate adders and delay blocks.

Frequency Multiplier 20GHz-80GHz output
The WEA1080FM22 is an active broadband frequency multiplier implemented in 22FDX FD-SOI process. The WEA80FM consists of three frequency doubling stages providing output at 20GHz, 40GHz and 80GHz. The input frequency range is 8.5GHz up to 11.5GHz. The WEA1080FM22 can be driven by a minimum input signal of -15 dBm. It consumes 55mA from a 0.9 V supply.
