Power on Reset
The WEA1POR45 output POR (active high) changes from low to high whenever the monitored supply voltage (VDD) exceeds a threshold voltage (VTH). Once VDD exceeds the threshold voltage, POR remains high for a certain period (TSP) and then goes low.

Logic Level shifter
The WEA1L3HLS45 is a voltage translator that operates from 0V to 3.0V. The input logic swings between VDD_low and VDD_high. The WEA1L3HLS45 has 3 pairs of complementary outputs:
(out_high) ⁄ complementary (out_high),
(out_mid) ⁄ complementary (out_mid),
(out_low) ⁄ complementary (out_low).
The (out_high) ⁄ complementary (out_high) output swings between VDD_high and mid voltage of VDD_high
The (out_mid) ⁄ complementary (out_mid) output swings between VDD_high and GND,
and (out_low) ⁄ complementary (out_low) output swings between mid voltage of VDD_high and GND.
