Bandgap Voltage Reference 500mV/1.14V High Precision
The WEA1830BG45 is a high precision band gap reference voltage that provides a 500 mV and a 1.14 V output from inputs between 1.8 V and 3.0 V. It is a Bipolar style Bandgap based on SOI Forward Biased Diodes. The SOI Diodes are not tied to the substrate, in this way the circuit simultaneously provides PTAT, CTAT and is constant with temperature currents. It is specified over the −40°C to +120°C temperature range.

The WEA15BG45 consists of the bandgap core with switching mode which produces a constant current Iconst and a constant voltage Vconst (switch on), Ptat current Iptat and ptat voltage (switchoff). The WEA15BG45 is specified over the −40°C to +120°C temperature range.

The WEA10BG45 consists of the bandgap core which produces a constant current Iconst=100uA and a constant voltage Vconst=300mV. The voltage ΔVbe is PTAT voltage which is sensing due to O2 at the output Vptat. It is specified over the −40°C to +120°C temperature range.

The WEA3610LD45 is a voltage feedback amplifier (series – shunt) which active part is comprised of a telescopic cascode amplifier stage, followed by a PMOS pass – device which operates in saturation as a common source stage. The Current Limit Protection circuit detects an output current bigger than the prescribed value and the Power Good circuit detects when the output voltage of the LDO is within a certain range, in which the output is considered valid. Results validate a 1V output voltage from a 1.8 V to 3.6 V input voltage with a current dissipation of 3uA.

The WEA3629LD45 is a high voltage ultra-low power Regulator designed for 5G mobile phones. It integrates PowerGood and Current limit functions and operates from 3.6V unregulated supply down to 3.0V and offers voltage feedback amplifier (series – shunt) which active part is comprised of a telescopic cascode amplifier stage, followed by a PMOS pass – device which operates in saturation as a common source stage. The Current Limit Protection circuit detects an output current higher than the prescribed value and the Power Good circuit detects when the output voltage of the LDO is within a certain range, in which the output is considered valid. Results validate a 2.9V output voltage from a 3.1 V to 3.6 V input voltage with a current dissipation of 5uA.

Temperature Sensor
The WEA10TS45 temperature sensor operates from -40oC to 140oC and produces an output voltage from 0 to 1.2V. The core of the sensor can be detached from the processing unit and placed to the silicon area of interest. The sensor has an absolute accuracy of +/- 5oC and after offset and gain calibration the maximum residual error is below +/-1.25oC. The control is done through two 16 digital control signal bus in a linear way. The sensor operates from a supply of 1.8V. It requires 1V digital supply for the calibration control.
