Fractional-N Microwave Synthesizer
The WEA14S45 is a complete 24 bits Fractional-N Microwave synthesizer able to synthesize frequencies from 13GHz to 15GHz with the integrated VCO or from 8 GHz to 16 GHz with an external VCO. It consists of a low noise phase detector with lock detect indication, a programmable charge pump, a programmable bandwidth loop filter, a multi modulus Prescaler, and a 64 band VCO with auto-calibration circuitry. Implemented in a 45nm CMOS SOI GlobalFoundries process, the WEA14S45 occupies a silicon area of 3.4 mm2. It exhibits high performance, high integration and flexibility targeting cutting edge applications operating in multi-GHz frequencies.

Radar Clock Generator with Fractional-N Synthesizer
The Weasic WEA10BS22 is a PLL-based high performance clock synthesizer implemented in 22FDX FD-SOI process. It uses a 50MHz Crystal Input and generates a 10GHz fundamental frequency with the integrated VCO utilizing a 64 band auto-calibration system. The Weasic WEA10BS22 derives a low jitter frequency of 50MHz used as clock signal and it can be used with an external loop filter. The synthesizer is powered by a 1.5V and 0.8V supplies.

It exhibits high performance, high integration and flexibility targeting 5G, Backhaul, SatCom and WLAN applications.
