Fractional-N Microwave Synthesizer
The WEA14S45 is a complete 24 bits Fractional-N Microwave synthesizer able to synthesize frequencies from 13 GHz to 15 GHz with the integrated VCO or from 8 GHz to 16 GHz with an external VCO. It consists of a low noise phase detector with lock detect indication, a programmable charge pump, a programmable bandwidth loop filter, a multi modulus Prescaler, and a 64 band VCO with auto-calibration circuitry. Implemented in a 45nm CMOS SOI GlobalFoundries process, the WEA14S45 occupies a silicon area of 3.4 mm2. It exhibits high performance, high integration and flexibility targeting cutting edge applications operating in multi-GHz frequencies.

Fractional-N Synthesizer, FMCW Radar Linear Chirp Generator
The WEA10bS22 is a PLL-based high performance frequency synthesizer implemented in 22FDX FD-SOI process with integrated multifunction chirp frequency generator. It generates a 10 GHz fundamental frequency and various frequency ramps with integrated VCO utilizing a 64band auto-calibration system. The synthesizer is powered by a 1.5 V and 0.8 V supplies. The WEA10bS22 occupies a silicon area of 3150 um x 700 um (2.2 mm2). It exhibits high performance, high integration and flexibility for automotive RADAR applications.

The WEA14HPS45 is a complete high performance, low noise, 24 bits Fractional-N microwave synthesizer able to synthesize frequencies from 8 GHz to 14 GHz with the integrated VCOs. It consists of a low noise phase detector with lock detect indication, a programmable charge pump, a programmable bandwidth loop filter, a multi modulus Prescaler, and a 100+ band VCOs with auto-calibration circuitry. Implemented in the GlobalFoundries 45RFSOI process, the WEA14HPS45 occupies a silicon area of 1.87mm2. It exhibits high performance, high integration and flexibility targeting 5G, Backhaul, SatCom and WLAN applications.

6 GHz to 16 GHz Low phase Noise Fractional-N Synthesizer
The WEA16S55 is a wide band Fractional-N frequency synthesizer with on Chip LO frequency doubler, implemented in ST BiCMOS55 process. It uses a 100 MHz to 250 MHz Crystal Oscillator/ Input Reference Buffer and generates a 6 GHz to 16 GHz frequency range with the integrated VCOs utilizing a 64 band auto-calibration system. It consists of a an XTAL oscillator, a reference Doubler, a programmable Charge Pump, a low noise phase detector with lock detect indication, 5 bank of VCO, a Prescaler and a 12 bit MASH 1-1-1. The synthesizer is powered by a 1.2 V and 2.5 V supplies.

7 – 56 GHz mmWave Fractional-N Synthesizer
The WEA56HPS45 is a 3-Octave Fractional-N frequency synthesizer. It accepts a 100 MHz to 800 MHz Input Reference Clock and generates a 7 GHz to 56 GHz output. It provides a >0dBm output from a single pin for all frequencies. It integrates a bank of four VCOs with 128 subbands. It is implemented in the GlobalFoundries 45RFSOI process metal option 18. The PLL integrates a reference Doubler, a programmable Charge Pump, a low noise Phase Detector with lock detect indication, a mmWave Prescaler and a programmable MASH. The synthesizer is powered by a 1.0 V and 1.8 V supplies.
